Maureen,

I am quite interested in any project that will attempt to provide valid and
accurate educational material about Parkinsonism. The pharmacokinetics needs
to be summarized by the Pharmacy profession. My and "our" conjecturing about
the optimizing of medicating - including food interactions - is obviously in
need of expert opinion that seems non-existent or reticent. An expert or two
should be funded to summarize the state of the art - and outline what we need
to learn.

I hope that the funding is significant and sufficient to provide both the best
conjectures about the primary medication, levodopa, and specifics known about
each of the specific tablets now available. There should also be experimental
data gathering via planned experiments with intent to optimize the patient's
ability to learn how to monitor and optimize his/her medication regimen - and
to enlist improvement in the pill forms manufactured to be easier to optimize dosing.

My request in response to your request is to ask that you disclose the scope,
timetable, commercialization, availability to the public, and details of the
funding and the funding source, the National Institute on Aging. Is the
Institute on Aging a government entity?

Who will own this CD? How are the CD and web site inter-related as planned by
Clinical Tools, Inc. Is Healthguide another name for the corporation?

sincerely, ron
