Hello Marling.  I believe that your statement above is an incorrect
generalization.
A basic maxim taught in med schools is "less is best" or "slow and low."
In any event, your message points out the importance of establishing the
kind of relationship with ones neurologist where patients are encouraged,
within limits, to titrate their drugs and monitor the results.
