Don, You unknowingly put a period between Ken's first name and last name.
His address is [log in to unmask] If you try to make it Ken.Becker, it
doesn't recognize him, and it comes back as address unknown. Isn't it
terrible what an unwanted "period" can do. But don't let it upset you,
lots of other people have made the same kind of mistake.
