It's an interesting approach.  I have been trying qigong to see if it helps
with parkinson symptoms.   It certainly is a great stress reliever and
immediately after a practice my symptoms seem relieved.  I'm also about to
start LSVT, a form of voice therapy which seems to be prenmised on the same
approach as Mr, Meadmore's and which has had some success with people with
parkinson symptoms. Probably of equal significance is the feeling of being
proactive and of trying different things to prevail over the symptoms. And
that approach has at least been helpful for me.
