Kathrynne, Thank you for the reply.  Mom takes her Sinemet WITH each
meal and 1 in the evening. She does drink the Ensure between meals.
Today her doctor told me that I could change med times and try to adjust
them the best I can.  She is doing much better with the 4 Sinemet daily.
Perhaps by taking the Sinemet 30 minutes prior to her meal she may be
able to reduce her Sinemet down to 3 per day.  As far as the Ensure
goes, what would be the optimal time for her "snack"?
