Don,

I agree w/Ken. Although my father 77/2 wants to be independent, he also knows
that he needs help. For his own safety, he asks for our hand, or whatever help
he needs. My parents were always there for me, & still are to the best of
their ability. It is very improtant to me to return the help I was/am given.
Treasure your abilities, both past & present. But also remember that others DO
like to help.

Bonnie

and to remain as independent as you can, BUT if you need help from your kids,
or your mate, just remember the times when you were there to help them. It
feels good for us to BE there and help and return all the good things we took
advantage of when our parents did everything for US! :-) Ken B
