Brian - In your reply to Rick Hermann you stated..."you will know within the first day if you do have a positive reaction to it <Sinemet>." That is not always true. In my own case, I took Sinemet 25/100 2Xday for two weeks before I experienced ANY lessening of the Parkinson symptoms. I was also diagnosed in 1978 and have been taking Sinemet for thirteen years with no diminishing of its efficacy. Janice Long (55/20)
