        Someone else will reply regarding good medical locations for you. We
are in N. California.The surgery is for those that the medications can no
longer help. Gordon was pretty desperate and has had a good recovery. three
years already since his first. Don't be afraid. My only suggestion would be
questioning Doctor about his background, how manyhe has done,etc. Regards,
