Ivan, Can you put me down for 2 more videos in addition to the one you just sent to me? I've got to find your address. Want to give one to Botsford Hospital where I took a course last fall and another to my sister. Can't wait! I've told my sister all about you and the video and want Botsford to have one, too. They are always looking for good stuff and I just know yours is going to be good. I'm now looking for your snail mail address so I can send the check. Are the videos $10 or $11? I can't remember.
