I, like your wife, was put on Eldapryl upon being diagnosed. I have a very slight case of PD but I found that Eldapryl caused me to have very vivid dreams when I was able to sleep and it may have the reason I wa having the runs. When I last saw my neuro he decided to take me off of Eldapryl and have me take 800 icus of vitamin E. I have been on this for about 2 months and I truly believe it is working better than the Eldapryl. Even my friends have said that I am not shaking as much as I did before. I don't have the anxiety that I felt before. And my pocketbook is much happier than before. I hope this info will help you get a feel for what you think you need. I will be going to my Dr. in June to evaluate the vit. E. I shall let all of you know. Life is good no matter what.
