Wheat germ oil 27 mg/ tablespoon Sunflower oil 7 " " Safflower oil 6 " " Almond oil 5.5 " " Soybean oil 4 " " Canola oil 3 " " Corn oil 3 " " Olive oil 2 " " Of these, olive and canola are inexpensive and rich in monounsaturated fats -- excellent choices!!
