Dear Layla,
I couldn't agree more. I use olive oil daily in one way or another.

With regard to natural sources of vitamin E, oils are probably the
richest. Here's a "short list."
Wheat germ oil        27 mg/ tablespoon
Sunflower oil            7 " "
Safflower oil             6 " "
Almond oil                5.5 " "
Soybean oil                4 " "
Canola oil                  3 " "
Corn oil                      3 " "
Olive oil                     2 " "

Of these, olive and canola are inexpensive and rich in monounsaturated
fats -- excellent choices!!
