Unfortunately, the data are from Bowes & Church's "Food Values of Portions
Commonly Used" 17th ed., most of which are taken from  USDA Nutrient Data Base,
and do not break down information for the various types of olive oils. Perhaps
databases from other countries may clarify this point.
