Dear Don-- your wish to be a hospice volunteer just proves again what we
already know--that your heart is veery large and in the right place! ;-)
But I have to agree with your neuro, because I know from friends who have
been hospice workers and volunteeers that it IS a very stressful situation,
even though rewarding. Stress is not really what you need right now! You
are a big help to folks here, and in your community, in other ways, so
please try to accept that decision--but keep on dancing!
