A toxic cause of my PD would be a great relief to me. Knowing that a passed-on gene would cause my grandson to have PD when he turns 50 is something I don't even want to think about. I know this discussion passed through these pages several years ago. Nothing was resolved then, but now there is a glimmer of hope that, through this research, my grandson may never have to worry about what Grandpa passed along.
