Plant a big bed of Parkinson's tulips on the White House lawn, with a big sign telling people what it means. Send a bouquet of Parkinson's tulips to Janet Reno. Send some to Oprah Winfrey. and Muhammad Ali, and Billy Graham, and Morton Shulman, and Papa J-P. Wear one -- a real one or an enamelled lapel pin -- to church next Sunday; decorate your church with them on April 11, and have the minister explain what they are and what they mean! Get drinking mugs made with a picture of the Parkinson tulip on them to give as token gifts to speakers at your support group meetings. And so on, and on, and on . . . (p.s. the ideas are not all mine; we already do some of these things in Canada.)
