I had one once, initially, who didn't offer to e-mail with me, but he did encourage me to fax him pertinent postings from this list. He would then discuss them with me at my appointments. And this was back in '95 when I was first diagnosed and didn't know much; I'm sure I faxed him a lot of crap, but he never complained. But, alas, he quit the business after two appointments.
