 I can certainly identify with your problem.  Much the same happened to me.
The first thing I did wrong was go off my Permax to quickly.  I immediately
corrected that problem by beginning to take along with the Requip half my
previous dose of Permax( which was 3 mg/day).  I continued to take 1mg of
Permax for months before weaning off totally.  The second problem was not
enough Requip.  The starter Pack I believe has  .25mg  tablets.  That
translates into  2.25 mg /day after 3 weeks.  That simply wasn't near enough
medication for me.  I'm now taking 21mg of Requip per day.  I'M NOT A DOCTOR
AND YOU SHOULDN'T CHANGE MEDICATION OR DOSAGE UNLESS INSTRUCTED BY YOUR
NEUROLOGIST.

I hate changing medications.  This episode I described took six weeks out of
my life.
