George, I have been working out on the exercise machines for about 6
months now and I think it has reduced the muscle sorenes and the
ridigity in my fingers, which were due to the tremor I have in my left
arm and fingers. I pull down on the bar that then lifts the weights, by
holding on with my fingers only!
