Just got off the phone with Somerset Pharmaceuticals, 1-800-892-8889, arranged to have them send me a copy of their original contraindication statement which I will forward to the neuro here who had denied any problem interaction between the two. (They will not send directly to doctors unless doctors request it themselves.) The woman I talked to was horrified to hear that our neuro was not cognizant. I told her we were not alone. She said they have some 32 cases reported, including (I think she said two) fatalities. Also, they have just updated their "Coming to Terms with PD" videotape, available for the asking. Same phone #.
