Hello Jim, yes I often have, and my advice is to lie down on a sofa or bed and = raise your leg for an hour. I visit my physioterapist each monday and = she gives me massage treatment. In my bed I have a buttom sheet with = magnetic tape, it maybe seems strange - BUT in fact it help me to sleep = better, even I didn`t believed - I was alloved to try it before I baught = - then I was convinsed. We were 3 pwp who baught it and we all have = benefit from it.
