I called and got one of these cards a few years ago. I carry it in my wallet all of the time. I have a mail-in prescription service where I get all of my long-term medications. Any short-term medications I get from a local pharmacy. I have furnished them a list of all the medications I take, as the pharmacist said that they should have this information to ensure that he does not give me anything that would counteract with the meds I am currently taking.
