HOW TO INTERACT WITH THE LISTSERVER:

Below is the URL where you can find the Listserv overview document and
application form, and the list owner and the list subscriber guides.
These documents are quite clearly written and are full of helpful
commands.  For example, detailed in the subscriber guide is the nomail
command which can be set when you are on vacation and do not want to
receive list mail.

FINDING INFORMATION IN PARKINSON ARCHIVES (by John Cottingham)

1.  The Caregiver's Handbook is now online in an indexed version.

2.  The Parkinsn's Archive Treasure Page also has links to the Current
Topics page which has all of the articles and studies, sought after by
all.

3.  The Algorithm for the Management of Parkinson's is also on the Parkinsn's
Archive Treasure Page, as well as Dr. Rick Stell's informative lecture given at
the Perth conference, Demystifying the Neurological Examination for
Parkinson's.

4.  Last but not least is the link to the Parkinsn's Drug DataBase.
