Hello Ivan,
I`ll try to explane how we Danish pwp and other group of patient with =
incurable diseases receive help from the public.

1. If you are so ill you can`t work anymore you can search for pension, =
because we have a high velfair in Denmark and pay very high taxes, we =
also receive a fair pension.

2. W e only have to pay 3oo kr (about 45 us dollar) each month the rest =
are payed by the public. If you have a private insurance, they`ll pay =
all for you.

3. We dosn`t pay for treatment by a physiotherapist, I`m going to =
treatment each monday.

4. If you are alone and can`t caare yourself or clean your home,it =
doens`t cost you anything at all.

5. Because I`m not so well walking, I have lent a wheelchair, my caves =
and all what can be done to help you, from the publich.

6. I still drive my own car - but NOT much. Instead of I have an =
arrangement with the publich where I order a cap to drive me e.g. to =
visit my sons place, and it only cost me a bus-tickett (1 dollar).

So in fact I`m feeling very lucky about all that help I receive.
About Aarhus University Hospital, we can only hope we`ll bhave a =
department where we can go and get help, instead of waiting maybe 3 =
month for a visit by our neuro.=20
It`s almost possible to phone but it`s not the same. Our private =
Neurologist can you always have an apointment, but I prefere my usual =
neuro.

Nice to hear about Tasmar Ivan, and maybe we see each other in =
september.
Good luck
Sonia
