I came across an article in _Neurology_ 1993,43,2016-2018 by J. Friedman
entitled
"Fatigue in Parkinsons Disease." A few of the observations in the article
caught my eye and
may be of interest to some List members:

"Fatigue is common in PD."

"PD patients were more depressed and more fatigued than age-matched controls."

"Almost one-third of PD patients rated fatigue as their most disabling
symptom. Fatigue
was signficantly correlated with depression but not with disease severity."

"... fatigue is a complex and common problem in PD and may not be related to
sleep
disturbances, depression, or disease severity."
