Barbara, please forward this: My name is Ken, I don't know you, except for a brief synopsis of what you are going through. I hope you would give life another chance, it can be incredibly good, even for a person with medical problems, in addition to the everyday problems of surviving in life. Realize that if you end your life, that YOU will not suffer anymore, but your loved ones left behind will never be the same. They will feel guilty, and as if they failed you. They will miss you terribly. But think about what YOU will miss. You might be cheating yourself of many happy years in the future. You might miss the cure for Parkinsons by a few weeks, it is definitely coming. Your husband has a disease that has been cured, and oftem goes into remission for years at a time. PLEASE get profesional help to regulate your meds, no matter how simple it might seem, it is complicated. One pill not taken, can ruin your whole day, and if it is the cost of the meds that gives you problems, ask your doctor for the mailing address of each drug company. They often DONATE medicines for people that can't afford to pay for them. Remember the saying "This Too Shall Pass" Please let Barb know how you are doing, you now have hundreds of people who care about you, so stay around! [log in to unmask]
