Today is my third= day of taking Tasmar. I experienced some nausea and stomach upset, The positive results are: quick turn "ON" in the morning--about 15 minutes and having=20 regained a "reserve" in the morning, enough to get moving. During the day,= I have noticed less severe transitions, and longer "ON"s. =20 He stressed the importance of my calling him as soon as I notice= dyskinesias,=20 or dystonia. The plan is to decrease my Sinemet. In preparation for taking= =20 Tasmar and anticipating the possible need for "fine" titration of Sinemet,= I was=20 advised to switch to liquid Sinemet. =20 Recipe for my Liquid Sinemet mixture is: 9 1/2 Sinemet 10/100 dissolved in= 950 ml of=20 water & OJ mixture with an addition of 2 tsp of Vit C powder to insure that the pills=20 dissolve. One 10/100 tablet equals 100 ml of the mixture.=20 My first dose in the morning is 150 ml of LS, 1 Tasmar, 7 cabergoline, an agonist, (0.5mg each), then every two hours I drink 100 ml of LS. Depending on my anticipated= level of activity, I take one 25/100 CR about 2PM. Therefore, my maximum total current Sinemet intake is=20 1050mg. I hope to decrease the amount of LS by 10% each week, so that by= the end of=20 three weeks, I hope to be taking 30% less Sinemet.=20 Good luck to All of us, Margaret [log in to unmask] DOB: 1941/Dx: 1980/Cured:ASAP Slogans wont do it/Hard work will
