I heard a speaker last week who said that the brain is 74% water and that
water must be replenished every 24 hours for the brain to function normally.
Therefore, another reason to drink lots of water. This speaker was from a
MLN company advertising supplements for the brain. I went to the meeting,
but wasn't very impressed. He said he had helped state 4 Alzheimer's
patients get better!!! Nancy Burnham cg for Don 64/14
