Hi Marty, Harold had the same reaction his first two weeks on Tasmar (he started with 300 mg right off the bat) and it was very frustrating. One day he'd be bouncing off the ceiling and so he'd cut back the Sinemet and the next day he'd be practically helpless. But now everything has settled down nicely. His hyperkinesis is not so exagerated and the sinemet sometimes has a much- prolonged effect.
