I've not heard of it myself, and wonder if anyone on the list is using

Interneuron and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA, have
developed a nutritional product
called IP-201 for people with Parkinson’s disease who are taking
levodopa medication. IP-201 consists of
specific carbohydrates and proteins, and reduces competition between
circulating levodopa and amino
acids as they cross the blood brain barrier. IP-201 is administered
twice daily with food prior to levodopa
dosing.
