I have two recipes that might help someone.
        FRUIT BAR NATURAL LAXATIVE
1 lb. pitted prunes
1 lb. pitted figs
1 lb. pitted dates
2 oz. senna tea leaves (can buy at a health food store)

Mix prunes, figs, and dates together in a grinder.  Slowly add senna tea
leaves and mix well.
Shape mixture into a log roll.  May keep frozen.
Start out by taking a small amount.  Start with one teaspoon.  Tends to
taste good, so don't overdo.
May increase amount if needed.

        POWER PUNCH

1/4 cup prune juice
1/4 cup stewed prunes
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup bran cereal

Mix together and take 1 oz. daily.  Increase amount as needed.
