I just joined the list yesterday, and I am overwhelmed with e-mail.
Might I make a few suggestions:

1. Once you know an individual's address, send personal messages to the
individual and not to the whole list.

2. Don't keep replying by adding info and forwarding the original
messages received back to the list, this just wastes a lot of storage
space by adding more and more duplicates of the original message.

3. Use the list for dissemination of useful information rather than
"Chit-Chat".

4. Make your e-mail easier to read. Avoid short hand type notations and
abbreviations. In other words, don't be in such a hurry. Try to use good
grammar and capitalize the beginning of a sentence. For example, some of
us don't know the meaning of "Dx".

5. Finally, please don't jump all over me because I have complained!
