Carline just went for an eye exam and the Dr. (a Neuro Opthalmologist) found
that she cannot converge her eyes properly. (Imagine if you look at your
outstretched finger at arms length. If you now bring the finger closer, you
will look at the finger cross-eyed because both eyes must look at the finger
simultaneously.) The ability to turn the eyes toward a target is the
convergence and the Dr. told us that a PD symptom can be a reduction of the
ability to turn in the eyes. This is called  Convergence Insufficiency". It can
be corrected by putting prisms in the eyeglasses. The correction will help, for
instance, for reading and other close work.

Just another PD symptom.
