From the Parkinsn List Drug Database combinations with Eldepryl, (selegiline) have the following warning.

Pseudoephedrine increases the quantity of norepinephrine in adrenergic nerve tissue, thereby potentiating the pressor effects of indirectly-acting sympathomimetic drugs such as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Although rare, a hypertensive crisis can occur when these agents are used concurrently.
