After reading three or four different answers to your question, please
allow one more which is slightly different. Selegiline (Eldepryl,
Deprenyl) is a selective mono amine oxidase inhibitor (MOAI), and
as long as the dosage is in the vicinity of 5 or 10 milligrams daily, it
will be a type B inhibitor only. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride will
react with a type A inhibitor only. So as long as you limit your
selegiline input to the recommended 10 mg./day, the pseudoephedrine
should not be a problem.

Should not does not necessarily mean will not.

However, I strongly urge you to discuss this with your pharmacist
first. If (s)he advises you not to take these drugs together, I
would certainly follow his(her) instructions. But if (s)he does not
know the difference between type A and type B MOAI's, perhaps you have
the wrong pharmacist.
