Jane, it is open season, if someone can build it and market it, it can be used in any way to further the cause of curing Parkinson's disease, I do not want any profits, if they want to mention my name, that would be enough for me! I would hope it would be done as a non-profit project. ???? So far all it is, is an idea, and no one has said it would be bad, but no one has offered to build it either!
