Deep Brain Stimulation has been approved by the FDA for the management of Essential Tremor and Parkinson's Tremor - even Medicare is paying for it! It is not experimental and the results can be quite dramatic. Unfortunately the only symptom of Parkinson's disease it addresses is tremor.
