I read Brian Collins' post on the subject hastily- my only comment is
about the Controlled Release levodopa mechanism. As I understand it, the
only difference between Sinemet CR and standard Sinemet is that the
former is made with an inert binder that makes it slower to dissolve.
That's why the CR tablets can be bigger without risk of overdose, and
why they tell you not to chew or break them. Cheers,
