Hi Listfriends, A few weeks ago a list member, I think it was Mr Bruman in Calif., told us about a supplement to the journal Neurology that was titled "An algorithm for the treatment of Parkinson's disease." For everyones information, I went to a large local hospital that has a medical library and was able to copy the supplement for my files. The cost was the typical 10 cents per page.
