Ah, the wonderful world of quackery. Beware of anything that cures more than one ailment. Magical cures are almost as old as the oldest profession, that is very old. It is highly unlikely that steady magnetic fields (DC, as opposed to AC of varying fields) have any effect on the body. There are no physical interaction mechanisms which would allow this kind of magnetic field to have any specific effect on body chemistry, electrolyte balance etc. The nice part is that is totally harmless, aside from the money spent.
