Hi: I apologize for not having this on yesterday's message. The testimony to Congress by Joan I Samuelson and Dr Leiberman is more eloquent and informative than most of us can do. It would be very appropriate to include copies of these with all letters to members of Congress. The testimony goes to appropriate sub-committees of Congress and I doubt if most of our congresspeople have seen these elequent statements as to why the Udall Act should be funded this year. The testimony has been published on the list and can be retrieved from there.
