Having been on a comb. of Sinemet (5, 25/250 per day). eldypryl (2/day), the idea has been first to get me on Mirapex, and then to use more Mirapex so as to reduce the Sinamet dosage. I began building up toward 4 Mirapex (25 mg.)/day. That worked well enough, so that my physician has just put me on a schedule that will get me up to 5, 1 mg.doses of Mirapex/day, and initially back off to 8, 25/100 Sinemets/day. Does this help?
