Jeff,
I had the same reaction and decided that was the last time I would
ever try what is called a "holiday"...HA! Furthermore, it is highly
recommended by the medical community that these holidays be taken
only when under a doctor's supervision in the hospital...they are
potentially dangerous otherwise.
