Personally I think that persmission (where possible) should always be
sort.On the EPDA video of the World Parkinson's Day, the late Kenneth
More's wife still appears to be hurting, after  all these years. It also
depends on what and how this list is going to be used.  Look how the family
of Diana, Princess of Wales is reacting to how her name is used on
margarine tubs, for example.
