The hymns used in the choir are usually from books, sheets or some form of printed music purchased specifically for use by the choir and are legal. The illegality for choir use comes in when the choir music is copied - maybe they need a few more copies and run off a few copies - very illegal. Also the taping of the choir hymns is illegal when sung during the service and the service is being taped. Bob Anibal
