For about $250 a year, churches and other organizations can copy the music of any publisher that belongs to a consortium whose name evades me. Most of the major music publishers belong to it. The fee is split among the members of the consortium. The clients are provided with an authorization number and all they need to do is place a notice on the copy that it is authorized by certificate ########.
