I have been using the services of Advance Paradigm Mail Services, P.O.Box 660783, Dallas, TX 75266-0783 through the insurance plan of Texas A&M University (I am a retired faculty member of that institution). The service has generally been excellent, with the exception of getting the orders sent to the proper address.
