Good Morning folks, My question this morning concerns chest pain and a possible connection with Mirapex. This is a question and not a statement. My sister Edna 50/2 called at 1am last night saying she was having chest pain and her doctor told her to go to the emergency room. We have been there all night, they've done much testing, EKG normal, cannot find the cause of the chest pain, we are on our way to Kaiser Perm. for a cardiac stress test next. She is on Eldepryl twice a day and Mirapex 2.25 mg (for a few months). When the ER nurse asked her if she had any drug allergies...she said, I have PD, I'm on Eldepryl and I can't take DEMEROL!...She looked at me and smiled...and I was right proud of her :-) !
