Hello Paul, my 'instant reaction' to your meds is that you are taking
far too much Sinemet for a single dose, and then waiting too long before
the next dose. This is a practice which can easily result in a drug-
induced see-saw where you swing from Off, to On, to Overdosed and back
again at the same rate.

Your total drug intake per day is very high. and I would suggest that
you try to reduce it. I don't know what is the safe maximum dose of
Mirapex, but if you are allowed more, it would be much better if you
could back -off the Sinamet, and increase the Mirapex.

For night-time I would suggest that you only take HALF the quantity of
Sinemet per hour as you take during the day. I would suggest that you
start this 1 tablet routine at 8.00pm (That may turn out to be a little
early), and then if you wake at night, take a single 25/100 tablet, but
try to stick to the rule of at least 2 hours between tablets.
re-starting the daytime doses at 5.45am.

I hope that helps a little.
Regards,
