Hi Ken, Isn't a scanner only an output device? How does it produce an output copy. Just curious about your response to Barb. BTW do you work for the big "X" company. As you know I was a service rep like you, for Big Blue, and I had friends that worked for Eastman Kodack and Zerox, we used to meet for coffee amd trade war stories about the service rep business. My work in that business was for about 37 years total, the first 12 years was as a TV serviceman. So I know how it is in your business. Lanier in Chattanooga
