margaret agonist are also used before sinemet is introduced. they help enhance the natural l-dopa produced by your brain. i currently still use eldepryl and amantadine. i was using 1 sinemet cr 50/200 in the am. switched to 1/2 mg of mirapex 3x/day with no sinemet . it seems to be working well my neurologist let's me experiment to see what is best for me. i keep doses to the lowest possible. i sometimes skip pm doses if i am not going out. if i shake a bit at home so what!!!!!! hope this helps. if you have any questions, e-mail me murph 55/8
